Open Instagram Settings

Go to your Meta Accounts Center and select 'Download or transfer information'.

Select Your Information

Choose 'Some of your information' and then search for 'Followers and following'.

Choose Download Method

Select 'Download to device' and ensure the format is set to JSON.

Set Date Range

Set the date range to 'All time' to get your full history.

Create Files

Click 'Create files'. Meta will email you when the ZIP is ready (usually in 5-15 mins).

Ready to Sync?

Once you receive the email from Meta and download your .zip file, come back here and click "Add new snapshot" in the sidebar.

Rename Profile

Enter a new name for this profile

Delete Profile?

This profile and ALL its snapshots will be deleted. This cannot be undone.

Erase Record?

This snapshot will be permanently removed from your local database.

Purge Everything?

Total Erasure: This deletes the active profile and all historical snapshots. This cannot be undone.
